Back to training.

Tonight I return to training.  I’m off the blood thinners and I have a LOT of work to do to begin to rebuild.  My cardio is mostly shot.  My weight is up to 240 or so.  My diet has been off an on. 

It is training time again.  Time to move to a veggies and protein diet, regular exercise, sensible portion control, and lots of sweat. 

I could definitely use your support.  See everyone out on the field soon!
