How well can you move in that armor?

That depends on the armor. Generally, it isn’t much different than wearing a big heavy snow suit. It is a little cumbersome, but you still have most of the necessary movement. If I fall to the ground I do not need help getting up, though I might welcome a hand.

Is it hot wearing that?
